5. Main construction content and scale:

The total investment of the proposed project is 26.64 million yuan (including an environmental protection investment of 3.2 million yuan, accounting for approximately 12.01% of the total investment); Covering an area of 3000m2, a new 100 ton/day paper mill waste plastic disposal production line will be built, which uses anaerobic cracking technology to decompose organic matter into clean gas, and to a large extent, the waste will be recycled; At the same time, one 2t/h waste heat boiler and one 600kW internal combustion generator will be installed, along with supporting facilities such as office, electrical control, and gas cabinets. At the same time, waste gas purification and preliminary sewage treatment facilities will be constructed.
